Subject: junior9 re-install problem;Help!

Good evening Gentleman, I had to uninstall Junior9 from my computer and when i
re-installed the disc i tried to click on the shortcut to open it, and i get
this message box that says: Program exception
                            Access violation
                            Command:TABWINSHOW=0
                            Last CMD:TABWINSHOW=0
can anyone please tell me what i should do, and what this means? I tried to
re-install it twice already.  Thank you!  Horst
