I wish you success, but I think you will have your work cut out! Paradise was a
fine example of a knowlege-based program, but was only ever meant to solve
tactical problems: it could not play a complete game. Also it was often very
slow, but it could find very deep combinations. And even Paradise used search as
well, albeit a highly selective search. It was the in achieving this high degree
of selectivity that the knowledge came into play.
