If you meant it seriously it is hypocrisy. Look, did Vas respect the charter of
CCC, does he even respect the charter of his new forum in Yahoo? Nope.
Commercial advertising has no playe there too. Excuse me but I have experience
enough to make that verdict. Yes Pete treated the case with respect. But this is
what you dont realise because you have been habituted to a situation where Vas
has an extra right to make his advertisment for Rybka - thus violating the
charter of CCC. But that Vas still believed he had that extra rights without a
doubt this is Vasik's own fault. We have here a case of professional blindness
or blindness cause by love. Indeed Vas is such a nice guy with such a high
quality in his creation that you are almost forced to make the assumption that
he cant be wrong. But this is a fault too. Look again please, Vas had had a last
chance if he himself had consulted Steve and had offered a solution. But
apparently he didnt see the neccessity of such a step. - Now I must make a
personal confession, I for one already saw the intriguing chuzpe of Vas right at
the beginning of his presentation when he gave a small window of time for a free
download of the very first version. I knew that he was on a big plan with later
subscription for his step-by-step versions... It's not new in big business.
There it's often accompanied by a game where you can win for free a complete
product. But only a single winner got it. All others have later the same
motivation like our customers here in CCC. The psychology is this: you are
unable to reject the need to get the product you had formerly wanted so dearly.
Or for Rybka: as a CC lover you just cant refuse to buy the later versions if
you have seen the quality of the very first free version.
