Was the charter broken. How the hell would i know. That is why we have moderators, and that is for them to decide. To me that is not the issue. I objected to the way Peter handled the situation. I think he should have discussed this with Vas in private after deleting whatever he thought was appropriate. But instead i saw a post with sarcasm and insinuations that i thought crossed the line. Speaking in the heat of the moment when your are already as he admits "pissed", instead of backing up and thinking about the best way to handle it. I really think most of the flare-up stemmed from that. It is his choice whether to resign or not, but the simple thing to do would be stand by your convictions, rightly or wrongly, but admit there were at least 3 or 4 better ways to handle it. I've had my foot in my mouth more than once, and the world didnt end. To me it is not that big of a deal- just life on the internet. Regards, George
