It depends on what you're looking for. I'm not all that familiar with CMC, but
there are some that say that the engine might be a few points stronger than the
one in CM 10th.

Since they're both so inexpensive, I would suggest either CM 10th or CM9000. The
former of those has the most content, but the latter is less buggy, in
particular with regards to the very important "Mentor Lines" window which allows
for infinite analysis.

If you tell me what you want, I might be able to make a better suggestion.
