It is most probably not that easy:
Up to Fruit 2.0 Fruit was a Blitzer and lost relative playing strength the
longer the time control was, more so than most other engines. This behaviour was
cured first in the first Toga release and then in Fruit 2.1. Specifically Toga
did not have more knowledge than Fruit 2.0.
