Can you reproduce this behavior even at depth 1 or 2 (i.e. with a small tree)?

IMO all these features make analysis more complicated. Is it possible to remove
everything and then adding one thing at a time? Maybe in this order:

1) Alpha-beta (no aspiration)
2) PVS (no aspiration)
3) Hash-table
4) Check extension
5) Null-move R=1
