The other day I read the following in a reply to an Anthony Cozzie post: "why wouldn't you, Anthony, want to release your program so that Chrilly Donninger might try his disassembling skills on Zappa as he did with Rybka? A reminder for you: the verdict was that Rybka had no other program's code in it..." If memory serves me well Chrilly only claimed the data structures of Rybka were different from those of Fruit. Later it turned out they were not even different. Anyway I don't think Chrilly compared Rybka code to all relevant engines and or to Fruit in full extent. Note that this is not to question Rybka's legality. Could someone please clarify things or at least give a link to those Chrilly posts? Gábor
