Hi , This is my first post so i am hoping for a little begginers luck :)) I am playing crafty in a tournament - http://www.engineleague.de/ I have been using the chessbase native .eng 19.19 engine but would like to try a 64 bit compile as i have windows 64 o/s installed on a dual opteron 880 system. I have downloaded compiles from bryan's hoffman's site but am having trouble getting them to be stable under the chessbse online Gui. quite often the engine just stops responding or i get some nasty red error mesage box. I susspect this is probably due to my inexperience with wb2uci and crafty .rc paramenter files. Has anyone had any success with the 64 bit 19.19 version , the chessbase gui and programs mentioned ? If someone could send / post me / point me to a link with the appropriate .rc and config files this wuld be greatly appreciated. Maybe you have been successful in getting a 64 bit compile to run under the chessbase gui and would be prepared to send me / post the necessary config files.
