Hello Jose,
Here are my figures from my AMD K6-2/350 Mhz with 32 meg Hash.
Rebel 10C   0:11,0:54,1:26  2550 so Your Celeron 400 is about equal to K2-2-350.
Fritz 5.32 short 263 (27.7) 383Knps
Fritz 5.32 Long  264 (86.6) 397Knps
