If some Fruit or other source code portions were indeed used, it may not be
cloning, but it would be still a copyright infringement. However, I do not
understand at all, why - whenever there is a new strong closed-source engine
around - suspicions are voiced that this engine were not fully original,
specifically when there is zero evidence.
