Of course some GMs (especially the masters in preparation) might be weaker in FRC then classic chess. Also for chess programming FRC isn't bad. Because some start positions test very early your king safety you get some insights which are not seen that easy in classic chess. Also it creates interesting games, IMO. E.g. Gambits might work better in FRC because there is no known theory and the refutations are not so easy to find on the board, for both engines & humans they might be too deep. Greets, Thomas
