Hi. I am new to this Forum so please be patient with me, I am getting one of these Chessboards, I know it communicates via the Parallel Port, I am not getting any software with it, but I have been told that it works, I have also been told that the "Mephisto Advantage program" "for installation onto a computer" will work, and some of the Chess Engines may work, what I need to know is has anybody that reads this Forum or knows of anybody that has any information leading to the successful playing of this board against say Fritz or Chessmaster, I know that I may need more than two programs to do this apart from Fritz, I find it very frustrating to work out that I would need a program to convert the Bi-directional Input / Output signals from the board to a P.C. and then a program to convert these binary sequences to a G.U.I. then to convert this to say Fritz and I do not know how to do it.
