Hi Dave,

I did not want to write anything more, but here I have to thank you and feel
better now.

You know every single game can be important from any tester. Might happen that
there is just one striking thing watched what could be improved. This posts with
comments I find personally invaluable.

And no misunderstanding please. Personally I like and respect Ray and Graham and
time will heal the wounds here and we will hopefully be good friends again one
day. Both are good people and what happened was also due to some unnecessary
quarrels regarding other member of the team before and we did not even have the
time to recover from and due to ambition of another person. It is not easy to
hold a team together and be good friend with everyone. It is my dream still to
have a harmonious team, where everyone feels happy and accepted.

So the only thing that is missing for friendly relations between groups would
have been more openess.

Best Regards
Heinz
