Of course the better the hardware the stronger the play, but from a level and beyond, the results should be the same. From 2 GHz and above in my opinion, things are the same.... Only minor things would be different in the results.... Perhaps only 1-10 ELO point differences could occur due to hardware but in practice no one could guarantee that these differences occur due to hardware.... Also i don't think there is any A64 3.8 GHz........?!?!?
