But if by secret you are saying none told you about it then I guess that would be right. There was discussions among friends that was all. Those that wanted to join the group who had informed CEGT that they were leaving did so. If you think those emails all originated from CCRL members, think again. >Nowadays I regret to have admitted K.K. in CEGT and losing another good tester >also good with stats that way. I soon felt his ambition and that for him all >comes down to competition. Total rubbish. Kirill worked hard endlessly for CEGT and got nothing in return but complaints from you. And where did all that start out? It started out over your insistance on a secret ballot over your dispute with Christian Koch. When even though Christian had said he would leave you insisted on having all members vote. That despite members stating in the forum that they didn't want to vote. Then based on how they voted decided you further decided whether they were a supporter of yours or not. Then when the vote was over and Kirill didn't send you an email quick enough telling you the result of the vote you, in return sent every member an email accusing Kirill of trying to take over the group. Naturally you said much more than that but it was all of course total nonsense. >I am very sure that I would never have had any >problems with Graham or Ray without this competition that build itself within >the new former CEGT group. It was not enough that I gave all stats and downloads >to Kirill. It was Ray who first resigned from CEGT not Kirill, Myself or Graham. And your quarrels with them had nothing to do with you ongoing complaints about Kirill. >Uschi tried to propose a chat where all would tell openly what they do not like >and what we could do better. This was rejected, discussion was avoided, because >things in my opinion should just happen that way. The discussion was ongoing from the moment Christian was voted out as it was almost everyday you made threats to quit the group unless this or that was done. The members of CCRL doubted your sanity after various emails and posts about secret plots to remove you from CEGT. Uschi made a proposal after the members had quit already so the discussion was never avoided it was already done. >This is my point of view and from my side there could be peace now or at least >just ignoring the other team without trying to tell constantly that all >including time controls and so on is "much better" in the new group. You have been saying that now for about 10 posts then keep digging yourself further into a hole. Time controls are never better for anything they are something specific and that for CCRL is 40/40 on AMD 64 3800+. Sarah
