I hope that you are wrong here.
If Heinz did some mistake n the past that caused testers to leave it does not
mean that he has to do more mistakes.

I think that discussion can be more productive if people are going to think what
they did wrong and not what other did wrong.

crticizing some actions of heinz is one thing but it is better not to say that
only one person is the problem.
