Ok, I see that you dont want to hear anything about mediation. Now I know the
reason why. So without personal context let me explain something basical.

In a hobby the imagination of harmony and more so its idolizing is dangerous.
You can have as much harmony or as little - as far as you have to deal with
humans people. If one doesnt tolerate and support that fact, everything is out
of control. What counts is the value of the contributions from the members and
NOT their political or religious beliefs.

How come that everybody criticising you or your group is talking about too
aggressive speech from your side although you claim that you want peace and
nothing but peace?

Finally, also in this little exchange I saw that you are completely unprepared
of the difference between anonymities and real persons. Excuse me, but I must
insist: contributions are fine and should be seen as the only guidline when you
judge about someone, but contributions from anonymous people are still _less_
valuable. Anonymity itself IS already a problem. If I were leading a group of
testers and if I wanted to keep control over the standards of good testing and
if I wanted really the objective and best results, then I shouldnt tolerate
anonymity - at least I as the host should know with whom I cooperated.

So this is the baseline, never expressed. I say that tests are not neutral in
itself. The testers should have agreement over the neccessity of _objective_
standards.
