Hi Uri and Kirill,

at least here I have to answer because this is total distortion of the truth.
Everyone who knows me better from Winboard Forum, from CEGT Forum, from emails,
will affirm that I do not have troubles with anyone not attacking me personally
and constantly and not putting me under pressure. I think that most appreciate
my general behaviour as friendly.

Regarding those who left they could best tell why. Here is just my opionion.

Michael, because of adding the Banks brothers involving too many CM settings
this way, maybe also because of preferring KirillĀ“s forum to his parsimony style

Christian, here it known already since AEGT that we cannot exist together in the
same group. The reasons are still unknown to me, moreover as I know him for 25
years already personally, so here it hurts especially. We tried again and again
and always troubles came what was depressing for other team members. Those
constand troubles between us two brought CEGT more than once to the brink of
collapse.

Thomas has surely nothing against me personally, but left because of the way the
Christian conflict was handled

Alessandro for the same reason

Chris - I was always good friend with him. He cannot understand why in his view
such nice persons like Graham and me do not understand each other. Well, I think
it was not Graham who set me under pressure, he even warned about things
happening in the background and the nasty discussion here was with the W.D. book

Ray left because he did not want to have conflicts anymore

Graham because he wanted to convince Ray to start something new, because despite
of all the troubles both found fun in testing in a team (believe it or not we
also had good times and understood each other)

Sarah because she lost fun over too many discussion

Kirill in my opinion from the beginning either wanted to have me as tester only
in CEGT lead by him completely or use CEGT as a start for something new.

Best Regards
Heinz
