Heinz,
many thanks. I think I understood what you mean. And I try to repeat. You miss
the most simple solution. You refreign from speaking all out in public. What is
your risk. You showed me now that you have a democratic control system and
that's all. All is fine. You dont run the risk to destroy your own group from
the inside. Everything else, incl. the moving of members in or out is something
in their responsibility. Heinz, I believe you are a very good and inspired
group-spokesman but in your messages you show this what I mentioned. And what
would be easier than to keep it at that? IF others deny email they will have
THEIR reasons and it's not your fault. But from their resistance you cant
conclude that now it's normal to get this into public... And even worse if you
distribute your (mainly very good) inner reflections. THEN it turns into the
contrary. Always note you are a leader. And in this role it is expected that you
present yourself always relaxed or if really neccessary harsh. But you cant be
harsh if someone has left your group. You must (sorry) always think that our
hoppy has room for everybody. In whatever group. I have an different fear. I
wished that you wouldnt let you hurt in your own good motivation for all the
beatiful presentations on your site... just keep going on. THe best I've read
from you was about new engines after a couple of days of testing. All with
heartblood and a good read. Dont let you become bitter by such group dynamics.

All the very best, Rolf

P.S. As to this term please dont forget that we are here on the internet in a
virtual world. You cant just walk into a dic or history book to literally adopt
a term in its historical context. It's never meant this way. BTW I have also
this control tic. Why would I otherwise try to explain myself with so many
words. :)
