Hi Heinz,

Your friendly behaviour is quite evident from your posts here. About the left
members, I now remind there were 10, not 9 (one more Chris). It makes it 2.5
leaving members per month. (From September till December). We would have lost 5
already if we had you in our team.

May I remind what you commonly say when a member was leaving CEGT? You say:

It's clear you have a fighter spirit. I don't want to fight over my hobby all
the time, I have enough other troubles in my life. I want pieceful and enjoyable
time with my hobby. This turned out to be impossible in CEGT. I tolerated not
just once or twice before I made my decision to quit.

Yes, perhaps this is the only one who left because of testing issues. He stated
he did not like too many settings, so here you have one. 9 left.

These two were disgusted by your behavior after the Christian issue.

Ray does not have any conflicts now, strange, is not it?

Graham was the target of your last attack (W.D. book issue). He was peaceful
enough to tolerate it, but with his brother leaving it was too much even for
him.

I'll leave it to Sarah to say.

You should know me better by now, to see that I am not for leadership or control
of anything. I was doing my work behind the scenes most of time, as you know. I
never posted publically too much, like you do, for example. We had some
arguments, but you should know by now that I argue only when I know what I am
talking about.

You felt uncomfortable when I started to use Bayeselo instead of your familiar
ELOstat. As I learned recently, now you are also considering to start using
Bayeselo, although you did not like it all the time. You did not believe in
rating distortion until I made long arguments about it. And so on.

I joined CEGT because I wanted to contribute to statistically sound study of
chess engines. I know a bit about statistics and computation, so I thought I can
also help. I found in your team more politics and private issues than scientific
testing study. I was trying to fix it, and I am sad it had to end this way.
