Uri,
Well after we all left, Heinz had the following to say about us. I didn't know
for a while afterwards:

>> Such times of crisis are also those of cleaning, because then
>> it shows who are the really fragile people and who is shy of
>> conflicts and can't bear anything. Those who really identify
>> with the team do not have real probs with managing the conflict,
>> because they decided to continue to fight on.

So, according to Heinz
- I'm really fragile
- I'm shy of conflicts
- I can't bear anything
- I didn't really identify with the team
- I have problems managing conflict

Nice to have those sorts of comments made about you behind your back.
Out of all of it, the bit about not really identifying with the team is the most
upsetting. I gave my 100% full efforts to CEGT and was a full team player in
every respect. I was very proud of my work for CEGT, and proud to belong. Then
of course it all went pear-shaped.
