Subject: Removing duplicates from engine self-play pgn files

Looking for a good (free) pgn utility program that will remove duplicate games
from a single PGN file, where the header tags within it are slightly different
[Round 1]...[Round #] but the game content could be identical across many of the
games.  I've found a few but not having a lot of luck as yet.

Thank you in advance for any help or direction you can give me.
