I agree with Tony. They are both excellent and very good for analysis. But if I
were interested in playing them a lot myself, I would go with Chessmaster 10th
Edition. There are many personalities to play, from 500 elo on up to 2700 or so.
And very good tutorials and such. That would be my choice if i were interested
in actually playing them. Fritz and such will simply destroy you, unless you
dumb them down, and then they play a little senseless. However they are very
good instruction and learning tools also. I think Tony and I are both right. If
possible, get FRritz for analysis, and CM10th for actual play ag. you.Best
