I found that between version 20.0 and 20.1 there is a small change.
utility.c 20.0 -> (ullProcessorMask[0] & (1ui64 << dwCPU))
utility.c 20.1 -> (ullProcessorMask[0] & (1u i64 << dwCPU)))
^^^^^^
Fixed and now it's compiling fine
