As the main selling point Chessbase came up with for Fritz 9 seemed to me to be the inclusion of some new 3D gimmicks (e.g., the "Turk"), I decided not to buy it. According to the description, this may later turn into a very instructive tool, but it doesn't appear to be there yet. Best, Chuck ========== From Hiarcs 10 Help: Right click notation window – "Show position tutor" This starts a special chess engine which has a lot of chess knowledge. It generates a brief strategic description, in plain text, of the current board position. The information is displayed at the bottom of the notation window.
