Note that for me it is no problem because I use chessbase gui but I also
understand the reason that people are disappointed.

It is not logical that people who payed for rybka and do not have one of the
chessbase program will need to pay again only to use Noomen's book for rybka.

People are right to expect being able to use rybka's book when they buy nothing
except rybka.

I think that it should be possible to translate ctg file to different format and
save the problem.

The only problem that I have no idea how to solve is simply to write a program
that find the book moves of .ctg book in a specific opening line(I can do it
manually).

I guess that this problem is a technical problem that better programmers than me
can solve easily.
