WAC #2 is hell for my engine too. My engine wasn't able to solve that in hours.

Since yesterday I'm experimenting with a QS and now it sees the threat in about
5s after the initial move. Without showing the first move it still takes about
25s to solve it though (not that bad IMO as I don't have hash implemented yet).

The problem for my engine are the series of check that delay the promotion of
the pawn. Interestingly, If I take my check extensions out it doesn't find the
solution in reasonable time.
