Simply I used the results from Thinker's ICC which is incredibly strong on the
hardware it will be using.

I would have seeded it #1 but Rybka has joined and you can only imagine the stir
that would have caused if I seeded Thinker higher.

In watching hundreds of games by Thinker, I could say it is the strongest
program out there. I am even going out on a limb and saying I think it will win
CCT8.
