Rybka is better than shredder9 on a quad so it certainly better than Junior9 on a quad. I will not be surprised if fruit wins the tournament. I hope that this time they will not use old version from november like they did in the last tournament that rybka won and it is known that usually fabien improves fruit by 100 elo in a short time so I expect fruit CCT to be 100 elo better than fruit2.2 or more than it. Note that fruit2.2 does not use some basic ideas that other programs use like partial extensions so I believe that it is easier to improve fruit2.2 relative to improving other programs. Uri
