Note also that I probably am going to release new movei soon.

I did not do big improvement and my guess is less than 100 elo improvement
relative to the public version that is clearly small improvement when you
consider the fact that the commercial programs improved by more than 100 elo in
the same time.

The last version that was tested against previous version(00_8_351 with some
personality) beated movei00_8_295 in the noomen match 57-43 at 5 minutes/40
moves.

latest private version is 00_8_352 and a version that behave the same as
00_8_351 is a private case of it by changing parameters(00_8_352 is not a
private case of 00_8_351).
