Did someone hijack the Morelia web site? When I go there, it says: "Due to last minute circumstances beyond our control we have been forced to cancel the International Open Ciudad de Morelia Chess tournament. We wholeheartedly apologize to the chess players that intended to participate in this event as well as to the Chess community in general for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
