Hi, I don't know how the treo smartphone exactly works but maybe the trial version was still resident in memory while you installed/ran the light version. This two versions might conflict each other now. Uninstalling/reinstalling (making sure they are not loaded/running in memory) might solve the problem. best regards Roman
