Many people have more or less unlimited download and seriously limited upload speed. 30 files in queue is not too good also, if about same people share them you will get them only as fast as they upload. It's good to combine download of some pawnless, some with pawns, and several different sets, so you will download from all kinds of different people. Also adding about 100 more files into download will help, if you have space. This will maximize your overal download speed in the long run, although some particular sets may take longer to get. I'll tell if I remind something else. Also I never used aMule, though I read it also connects to KAD which should help a lot. Best, Kirill
