Hi Charles
Both players must have allowkib=1 (or 2 for unrated games) for kibitzing to
appear. If you're watching the game, you have to do "set kibitz 1" in order to
see kibitzes ("set kibitz 0" hides all kibitzes, while "set kibitz 2" shows you
only the kibitzes of titled players).
