if people complain 10 years about a person, it is IMO a good reason to ban him.

rolf tüschen is the reason this club was founded years ago. in 1996 he destroyed
computerchess discussions in RGCC. so he has an agenda and
now he tried to destroy talking here by changing the topic into:
computerchess people have to talk with rolf instead of
computerchess people talk about computerchess.

it can IMO not been tolerated that somebody misuses the democratic
and social rules of others in a way he did for almost 10 years.

if you don't know about him and what he did the last 10 years, make yourself
informed by looking in google-groups.
