There is simply no rhyme or reason for a price on Ebay one day a chess computer can sell for $100 and a week later that very same model can rake in $1000 case in point: here is a run of the mill,ho-hum ,Fidelity 6100 Phantom Robot missing the dust cover these computers have sold for less then $500 and over $1500 generally speaking Robotic chess computers attract a much wider bidding audience then die hard collectors or even just people interested in chess . this makes the swing in price range all the more erratic this particular auction remained bidless for its entire listing of 7 days and then with one day to go ..someone stumbles in and bids $900! why someone wouldnt wait until the end to bid this price is a puzzlement to me to begin with http://cgi.ebay.com/Fidelity-International-Phantom-Chess-6100-Complete_W0QQitemZ8769447469 (E)rratic(B)idding(A)nytime(Y)up Regards Steve
