I believe these are all of them.

I applied the same rules to everyone through out the entire event and oddly
enough it wasn't the operators/authors that gave me a hard time about the rules,
it was mostly spectators that "had their say" in personal tells :)

The participants acted like true sportsmen during the event. I can not state
this enough. While they probably didn't like the losses, each one of them knew I
was applying the rules as they were.
