Hope this suggestion will be useful...regards, bn I think it's dangerous to tamper with the contempt value and more often counter productive than not. I thought that Fritz 9 and Hiarcs 10 changing to contempt=0 as default was a wise move over the -15 of previous versions. However, we're all entitled to different opinions! :-) Regards, Graham.
