Subject: Rybka and its Book

My question is how come a book is released before the Final version of Rybka is
released?
How does Mr. Rajlich knows that the book will be optimized for his Final
version(with Enhanced Endgame knowledge) and if so why he is not releasing the
BETA with enhanced Endgame knowledge?
