It would be better if you could post an example search and give hash size and
cpu speed. Evene if they were using the same engine version, the facts they
probably had a different hash size and were pondering from previous moves will
already produce differences. Some moves found in games can take a lot longer
to find from scratch! For instance, in engine-engine games you will often see
mate announcements after only a few seconds. However if you then set it up and
try to solve it, it may take a lot longer.
