try this position out with rybka 13d [D] 3qk2r/1p1nbppp/2r1p3/3p4/Q2P1B2/2NbPN2/PP3PPP/R3K2R w KQk - 0 13 initially, rybka wants to play rd1 (which i think is bad) Then, when i take back a move and forward to the same position, (be7-bf8-be7), rybka wants to play rc1, h4, or qd1 at depth 12. Then, i clear hash table and it goes back to wanting to play rd1. all parameters are set to default (and preserve analysis is not checked) can anybody replicate? Explain? This inconsistency is bad for analysis, as one frequently goes back and forth in a position. original moves: [Event "?"] [Site "?"] [Date "????.??.??"] [Round "?"] [White "white slav without black a6"] [Black "?"] [Result "*"] [ECO "D14"] [PlyCount "24"] 1. d4 d5 2. c4 c6 3. cxd5 cxd5 4.
