Time control?  Blitz has a wide range.  I'm running a "quick" time control of
40/10min+40/10min/5min"+5sec with the Silver Suite, and although Rybka is
dominating (I think it went 60.5 - 39.5 vs. F9), it appears that in your test
Rybka is doing even better.  Versus F9, H10, and Fr2.21, Rybka 13b on default is
at about 60% in the Silver Suite test set.
