Hello
I would like to play against "Tactical C", playing as a guest into ICC.
As a simple amateur, I hope to win to it(Tactical C) many times.......
If anyone could help to me for a challenger, please tell me a post.
I would like to see If really tactical C is strong enough or If is not enough.

4: Since you all are wondering IM Energie (liblist Tactical) was my only loss!
This took place before a massive hardware up grade. All unrated games were
played on old hardware with beta engines!
5: Old hardware was athlon 64 3200. New hardware is ...??
