Pauolo, You need to do the above, but then you need to apply to join the yahoo customer download mailing Group. i did this but nothing happened so I e-mailed Vas and he sorted it out. I then received an e-mail confirming I was a member of the group and can now access the downloads. There seems to be a delay in getting added to the group membership so I would suggest e-mailing Vas to ask him to expedite it. Regads, Mark
