In Tactical formula there are "rating>myrating-600..." and guests don't have
ratings, its impossible to play with it.
I played 3 games how guest with duckbreath(C) 15 0 and win 2 and lost 1 game.
I think the new Crafty 20.3 is very superior to version 19.
