I do not disagree with you, because I also think that the SuperC is stronger
than 1555, but not very much.  Perhaps 1650 european ELO. I guess that the US
ratings are 150 points higher so that would give US-ELO 1705 for the SuperConny.

What magazines say is entertaining but...I have a magazine that says that the
Excellence has 2000 ;).
