I'm certainly not Chris' product support guy so I can't help you with that. It looks like E-TAL has played 18 rated blitz games with "quality" opponents, meaning those who are titled (>= IM), or have a high rating (I think the cutoff is 2400 these days). So it is probably too early to make any judgements about it. Also, Chris and Thorsten have been saying for years that it isn't a blitz program. Maybe you can set it up to play 3 15 or something? bruce
