If you have to buy the engine and book from one source, and the GUI from another source, then it's against our out-of-the-box policy. But it's ok to use a free GUI like Arena. That's why we tested Fruit 2.2.1 with Arena. The problem is that Rybka don't have an offical own book for Arena.
