It has happened to two of my constellation 2 mhz and also to my Superconny. It happened to my Superconny in the middle of a game against the MMM. Some weeks ago I read an old SSDF article about chess computer repair and found the cure for all of my Constellations. Just shrugging the ram in the socket was enough to make them work. I did not have to take them the RAM out. I do not know is the Robot has the same sockets as the Constellations, but if so then it should be worth a try. Hopeful regards Erik
